Ram Prakash Sharma

CEO

Ram is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and Commerce graduate from the prestigious Commerce College, Jaipur. Ram has worked with various organizations Indya.com and Daksh Eservices Pvt. Ltd. in his early part of career in their finance functions. In year 2002, he joined Carzonrent India Pvt. Ltd. (India’s largest ground transportation company with 4500 cars) as Financial Controller and became its CFO in 2006. Ram led Carzonrent’s major process initiatives and led its technology initiative and made it the first company to automate its processes in the car rental space. Ram also got the Tourism Award from the President of India. In 2011, Ram was appointed as Chief Operating Officer for Car Rental Business, operating lease and self-drive businesses. As Chief Operating Officer, he led aggressive growth of the businesses. He also successfully launched self-drive brand MYLES successfully in 20 cities across the country and created multiple locations model in large cities. In 2013, under his leadership Carzonrent got National Tourism Award from the President of India. Ram has extensive experience of working closely with the employees and new joinees and has developed a detailed program of technical and soft skills for employees in various local and English languages which were hugely appreciated.

Garima Sharma

Director

Garima Sharma is an M.A. and M.Ed. from Dr. Bhimrao University, Agra. She is the Director of the company. She is an avid learner and a very dedicated person when it comes to her work. Garima is very passionate to impart skill program to Women/girls so that they can become self dependent or can get employment. For her woman power is the core of any society and when we educate or skill our women then automatically the society progresses. According to her, these skill development programs can also help bridge socio-economic gap in the society by reducing the disparity between the earner and the spender also when women will be more independent then the issues such as high infant mortality rates and maternal mortality rates would not exist. She is a great leader and motivator and always encourages fellow women to progress in life.

Jasbir Shokeen

Master Trainer

Jasbir Shokeen is the Master Trainer for Automobile. He is an Automobile Engineer & a “Certified works manager” with 6 years of working experience as a Service Manager at Tata Motors in C.V.B.U. division and fleet manager at Carzonrent. His hard work and dedication is seen from amongst his work which he do very passionately. He loves to provide training in mechanics that involve latest technology in automobile, ways to enhance CSI, diagnosis, non-conventional fuel vehicles, Commercial vehicle etc. Alongside this he is an expertise in training drivers for safe driving skills at highways which is one of the core areas which lag in our country

Arpita Ghosh

Quality Head

Arpita is a certified Internal Auditor and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. A “Performance Driven Professional” with experience of working with country’s most renowned groups, Carzonrent India Pvt. Ltd, InfoTech Enterprises (Cyient), Reliance Energy Ltd. Offering nearly 18 years of experience & proficient in formulating strategic and operational plans with business skills involving planning and development with concrete background in Operations and Quality management, through emphasis on process, quality, continuous improvement and on-time delivery. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with a focus on planning and methods to improve areas of greatest concern and deliver results through successful implementation.

Amit Rathi

Head RPL programs

Amit has a rich experience in handling end to end all RPL programs. He is a key member who has vast experience of formal and information training, skilling and education. He strategizes various skilling initiatives of the company. Amit has successfully managed award winning RPL program across the country for various sectors.

Amit also handles various critical responsibilities of DDUGKY programs assigned time to time.

Priyanka Mittal

General Manager –Head-HR & Finance

Priyanka is an MBA Finance from T.I.T college of Textiles and Management. Priyanka keeps a close watch on all the initiatives of the company. He ensures that the cash flow of the company remains smooth and revenue and expenses are according to the budget. Apart from finance responsibilities, he also ensures that all the compliance related to HR, Taxation and corporate laws are handled as per the law

Anuradha Shukla

Head Placement

Anuradha has a rich experience of 6+ years and she has handled a lot of DDUGKY projects. She has tremendous potential in achieving placement targets for projects. She ensures counseling of candidates on job opportunities, career building and Identifying opportunities at local and national and level. She has hands on experience in Conducting workshops and seminars regarding career preparation, interview skills and job search techniques.
